C25K Week 1 Day 2…
So I’ve completed Day 2. I’m pleasantly tired and lethargic which is nice and I’m looking forward to sleeping well tonight. I hit my step target of 8000 steps and managed to do a bit more distance than on Monday. I enjoy leaving my day on the treadmill. Bring on the next session!
